Being a micro-business, probably much like yourselves, our team is proficient and passionate. With the minimum interruption to your business, we commit to complete your project quickly and quietly.

We will be working on your project once all content and artwork and other assets have been provided as per our project outline. We will provide you with an outline of timings once the project begins.

Depending on the size and scope of your project, and other work already underway, we will always endeavour to get you a date that works within your timeline.

We are transparent and collaborative in how we work, and we realise sometimes “stuff” gets in the way. We always aim to be as flexible as we can, and we will work with you to achieve the best outcome.

We will need some time to be set aside at various points during the process, along with all the assets you require as part of the website framework. This will be covered in our scoping session, once your project begins.

We always aim for client satisfaction, and we are glad to say we do not have one client who does not love their new website. We encourage you to talk to them if you have any concerns.

The cost will depend on the scope of your project. We quote what you need based on your discussions with us, not what you might need or don’t need.

Our Payment Plan for large projects is three-tier: 1st third on acceptance of the quote, 2nd third midway through the project, 3rd and final payment, on acceptance of final product ready for launch. We are always happy to discuss options for smaller one-off jobs.
